By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
AI outputs are automated suggestions and may contain inaccuracies.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before sharing it publicly or with clients.
MLOGrow is not liable for any damages or compliance issues arising from AI-generated outputs.
6. Payments and Billing
Subscription Fees: Certain Services may require payment of recurring fees or one-time charges.
Billing Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for Services according to the pricing plan selected.
Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable due to the digital nature of our services.

We are not responsible for data handling or performance of these third-party services.

MLOGrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, lead volume, or conversion results.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MLOGrow in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLOGrow, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of our Services,
Violation of these Terms, or
Misuse of AI-generated materials or customer data.
12. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
MLOGrow may suspend or terminate access to your account without notice if:
You violate these Terms,
Fail to pay for services, or
Engage in behavior harmful to the platform or its users.
Upon termination, certain obligations (like confidentiality and payment of outstanding fees) will survive.
13. No Guarantee of Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your marketing, communications, and lead generation activities comply with applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state lending regulations).
MLOGrow provides tools, not legal compliance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

MLOGrow may update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
